Fisher & Paykel Chef's Table

A series of free culinary demonstrations by top NZ Chefs celebrating local and NZ produce alongside Marlborough wines. 

Watch, learn and be inspired.

   Matt Bouterey (Boutereys Restaurant, Nelson)

    Michelin trained, Matt is owner of self titled and award winning Boutereys Restaurant has worked with Chefs such as Marco-Pierre      

    White and Gary Rhodes, and in a number of leading London Restaurants.

    Grant Dicker (Mint Dining Room, Nelson)

Ambassador Chef to Beef + Lamb NZ, Grant has gained recognition both nationally and internationally working in fine dining restaurants, and is now owner of the Mint Dining Room in Nelson.
